Moves the rollback bar in the FeatureManager Design Tree.

| (Name) | The unique name for this task. |
| Feature Name | The name of the feature to move the rollback bar before/after.
This value will be ignored if Position is set to ToEnd or ToPreviousPosition. |
| Position | The position to which to move the rollback bar.
