How To: Troubleshoot Triggered Actions

This topic covers common issues associated with Triggered Actions.

No enabled operation or transition could be found with a name or title of '###'

This message could be displayed in the Autopilot Log or in the Specification Report.

Cause:

• An incorrect name (of a Transition or Operation) defined in the Action property of the Triggered Action Document.

  Solution:

  • Ensure the Action property (in the Triggered Action) results in a valid Transition or Operation.

• The States To Trigger On property (if set) does not contain a Transition or Operation with the name defined in the Action property, in the Triggered Action Document.

  Solution:

  Ensure the States To Trigger On property results in a valid State name.

• Conditions placed on the Transition or Operation are blocking the processing of the Triggered Action

  Solution:

  Check if any Conditions applied to the Transition or Operation could be preventing the Triggered Action from being processed.
