A CPQ Sales Portal System Administrator or CPQ Sales Portal Administrator license is required to administer discount data within the CPQ Sales Portal.
Discounts are administered per DriveWorks user. Each user can have a defined discount limit. They can apply discounts to line items up to this limit, before approval is required. Each user can be given the ability to approve discounts. This approval allows the user to approve any discount.
Discounts are applied to line items on quotes. This area is for configuring individual user limits and behaviors around the application and approval of line item discounts.
