Pro Server Web Application - Dashboard

The Pro Server Dashboard is the landing page for the Pro Server Web Application.

DriveWorks Pro Server Dashboard is where Shared Groups hosted by Pro Server are controlled, connections are monitored and SSO is managed.

Further configuration options allow set up of email notifications, add extra security for dashboard access, and apply additional settings.

Tiles are presented on the main page to access the following areas:

You can also access these pages using the left hand pane:

  • The pages listed under Group require you to be logged into a Group to access.
  • The pages listed under Administration require the elevation password to access.
    • This elevation password can be set in the Management Console, please refer to Administration - Elevation Password for more information.
    • The banner at the top of the page indicates the time when elevation ends and has a button to renew elevation.

Launch Pro Server Web Application

To run the Pro Server Web Application the Management Console database status must be Connected to Server

Once installed the Web Application can be launched in the default browser by:

  • Clicking DriveWorks Pro Server [version] Web Application from Windows Start menu.

    Or

  • Enter the following URL in the browser on the machine DriveWorks Pro Server is installed on:

    localhost:54380/

    54380 is the default port for the Web Application and only applies if this has not been changed in the Configuration File.

    Or (from Pro Server Management Console)

  • Click the Open Application button at the top of the Management Console page.

Management

This section allows Groups, Sessions and SSO to be set up.

Groups

Add and remove Groups hosted by this Pro Server.

See Groups for more information.

Sessions

Monitor connections made to Pro Server or Groups hosted by this Pro Server.

See Sessions for more information.

Single Sign-On

Configure Azure Active Directory for SSO.

See Single Sign-On for more information.

Configuration

This section allows further control of DriveWorks Pro Server and the behavior if any unexpected disconnections are encountered.

This includes:

Email Notifications

Configure Emails to be sent when any connected DriveWorks Autopilot agent disconnects unexpectedly

Feedback Reporting

Enables feedback reporting in the event of any exceptions thrown by the application.

To enable feedback reporting:

  1. Click the toggle next to "Automatically send problem reports to DriveWorks".
  2. Optionally enter contact information (Name and Email Address)

    By including this information we can better assist you in the event of any exceptions.

  3. Click Save Changes.

Trust Zones

Add extra control over access to Pro Server and DriveWorks Login, based on IP Ranges

See Trust Zones for more information.

Settings

The following settings can be applied by clicking the Settings link from the left hand pane.

Sessions

Maximum Idle Duration - The maximum amount of time a DriveWorks Pro Server session can be unused.

Sessions older than this will be automatically removed.

Sessions can persist in browsers and other clients of Pro Server.

The minimum time this can be set to is 8 hours and the maximum is 30 days.

Elevation

This allows a new Elevation Password to be set.

This is required to access these administration settings.

Please refer to Administration - Elevation Password for more information.

Duration - The amount of time remote elevation lasts. The minimum time this can be set to is 1 minute and the maximum is 24 hours.

Color Scheme

The color scheme can be selected from any page of the Dashboard.

The chosen scheme will be applied to all pages in the Dashboard.

To change the color scheme:

  1. Click the Select color scheme button from the bottom of the left hand pane.

  2. Select the required color scheme from the chooser:

    • System - will set the color scheme to match the mode applied in the browser.
    • Light - will use the Light color scheme
    • Dark - will use the Dark color scheme
