The Drive Body Material Generation Task is used to apply a material to a solid body within a part. This can be a material from the default SOLIDWORKS database or your own materials from custom material databases within SOLIDWORKS.
Property Name | Description |
---|---|
(Name) | The unique name for this task. |
Material Database Name | The name of the SOLIDWORKS materials database, for example custom materials (leave blank to use the default SOLIDWORKS materials database. |
Material Name | The name of the SOLIDWORKS material in the chosen database (Leave blank to remove the current material). |
Solid Body Name | The name of the solid body in the part. |
Configuration Name | The name of the Configuration in which to set the body material. Leave blank for all configurations. |
When this task is added the properties are dynamic by default.
