A CPQ Sales Portal System Administrator or CPQ Sales Portal Administrator license is required to administer country data from the CPQ Sales Portal interface.
The country business object defines a country that can be linked to an address.
Adding a country business object record has no impact on the default functionality of CPQ but can be used for filtering addresses or other business objects that the address is linked with.
It can also be used in your own projects and rules by filtering your queries.
