Creates a coordinate system feature using numerical values for position and orientation, with respect to the global coordinate system.

| (Name) | The unique name for this task. |
| New Feature Name | The new name of the created coordinate system feature.
Leave blank for default name. Cannot contain invalid characters such as @ or be the same name as an already existing feature. |
| X Rotation | The rotation from the x-axis of the global coordinate system, in degrees.
Enter a value between -360 and 360. Default value is 0. |
| Y Rotation | The rotation from the y-axis of the global coordinate system, in degrees.
Enter a value between -360 and 360. Default value is 0. |
| Z Rotation | The rotation from the z-axis of the global coordinate system, in degrees
Enter a value between -360 and 360. Default value is 0. |
| X Coordinate | The distance along the x-axis of the global coordinate system, in document units.
Default value is 0. |
