Drive Constants and Controls From A Table Array

This Specification Macro Task will Drive Constants and Control values from a Table Array.

Properties

Property Name	Description
Title	Changes the Title (not the name) of the Task.
Array Value	A Table Array value, such as the result of a QueryDataValues Function.

Array Format

The Array used for this Task needs to be in a certain format for the task to work.

It should contain two rows, with the first column of the first row headed Name.

And the first column of the second row headed Value.

Each column in the first row should contain the names of the Constants and Controls that are required to be driven.

The Name is required to be in its pure form (without any prefix or suffix that DriveWorks applies, for example:

The constant DWConstantColor - will just be Color in the array.
The control LengthReturn - will just be Length in the array.

If a Control has the same name as a Constant, the Constant will take priority.

The Array should be laid out like so:

Example

Array Value	DWVariableTableArray	DWVariableTableArray	This will Take the Array stored in the Variable DWVariableTableArray and use it to populate the Controls and Constants in the Table.

Using the Task in a Specification Macro

Success

Table Array has driven Constant and Control values successfully.

Success with Warnings

N/A - should never be fulfilled.

Failed (one of the following occurred)

Table Array does not have the required rows to drive Control and Constant values, the Table Array needs at least one header and one row.
The data given is not a Table Array.
General failure - Check the Specification report for more details.
