Allows the 3D Preview control to pause rendering, and render a higher quality image, when the scene and camera are not moving, when viewed in a browser.
When Final Frame Render is enabled (True), the following will occur in the 3D Preview control:
In scenes where animated nodes are constantly moving this will never occur.
The final frame will also render geometry with an increased resolution, this will result in a reduced amount of pixelation around geometry edges.
Post effects such as Bloom, DOF, AO, SSR, etc. will render with the highest settings when the final frame is displayed.
However it will appear similar to the original intended appearance (unless the settings are set significantly below the highest level).
Since rendering will pause when the 3D Preview is not moving, the computer GPU usage should reduce significantly when the scene is paused.
The scene should resume promptly when the user attempts to move the camera, or when an object within the scene is moved.
