This Specification Flow Task will create a new Team in the group and let you set the permissions for the new Team.

| Members can capture | TRUE to allow team members to capture, FALSE to disallow. |
| Members can edit all specifications | TRUE to allow members to edit ALL specifications, FALSE to disallow. |
| Members can edit group security | TRUE to allow members to edit group security, FALSE to disallow. |
| Observe User Group Security | TRUE to observe the Group Permissions of the User, FALSE to ignore. |
