SppIfNonNumber

Checks that a value is a number.

If the value is a number it will return that number.

If the value is not a number it will return the default value.

Consider using the inbuilt function IfNonNumber.

Syntax

SppIfNonNumber([Incoming Value],[Default Value])

Where:

Incoming Value is the value to check for a number.

Default Value is the value to return if the incoming value is not a number.

Examples

RuleMeaning
SppIfNonNumber("27.89",0)Will return 27.89 as the value is a number.
SppIfNonNumber("T27",0)Will return 0 as the value is not a number.
